Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Any cancellations outside of this timescale unfortunately can not be cancelled. This is due to the printing process beginning and each order being one of a kind!
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
This is all dependent on the printing time scales and how many other orders we have in the queue. Generally your order will be dispatched within three business days of you placing it.
There are a few products that will take between 10- 14 business days for you to receive, but you will be able to see this in the product description.
What happens if i am not happy with my order?
All orders are quality checked both before (the design you submitted) and after the print process. However in the event that you do find it to be defective, we will require you to make contact and send us a photo within five business days.
Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, no. We are however working on this.
How much does shipping cost?
You will be able to see this once you have added the product to your cart.
Can I change my design or product after placing an order?
If you make contact within 24 hours, yes! We know that sometimes people can change their minds and we want to be as flexible as we possibly can.
What happens if I make a mistake in my custom text?
Please make sure that you review your customisation before confirming the order. However we review every order that comes through, so if there is a mistake we will change it for you. If we aren't sure, we will make contact with you and place it on hold until we hear back.
Why do custom products cost more?
We keep our pricing competitive and as low as possible. Our service is completely different to a 'standard' personalisation company as we thoroughly check orders before they are printed, automatically remove backgrounds and specialise in just our three areas of customisation.
How do I look after my custom product?
The care instructions are given within the product description if necessary.

Do you send proofs before printing?
On the customisation section you will be able to review your design.
Can I send this directly to someone as a gift?
Yes, you are more than welcome to put the recipients address as the delivery address. Please make sure that it is the correct address though as we will not be able to replace the item at no charge if the address that you enter is incorrect.
